Kissing

My darling, sweetheart, oh, my dear,
I hold you in my heart right here.
You can’t escape, can’t disappear;
With every beat you are more near.

But you, my love, don’t even try;
You clasp me tighter! Oh, I sigh,
I sigh with joy, I almost cry,
To know that you have not passed by.

Oh dear, my love, sweet luffy-duff,
Of you I’ll never have enough;
I’ll wear you like a mouth-piece muff,
And kiss you after every puff.

You laugh, you say that that can’t be;
Come here, my dear, and we will see!
Each kiss will buy eternity,
And past all that we’ll kiss for free!
