I Love Your…

My dear, I love your wit.
I hear, and I get hit!
My leg gets pulled
And I am fooled,
And you’re the one behind it!

This distance in between,
I say, it’s rather mean.

I love your “Ha”, I love your Hee”,
I love the things you do to me.
But more than this
I love your kiss—
If I could ever find it!

If husbands had more trips
Then I would have your lips!
