Oh, You’re Good

Oh, gentlest Lady I love so,
I feel my arms around you go,
I feel your sides, your strong, lithe back,
I feel the soft solidness of you.
I feel your cheek against my cheek,
Soft, and warm, so soft, so sweet,
And oh, you’re mine! Oh, press tight!
I breathe your skin, I breathe you in,
I breathe, I smell, I breathe you, dear,
Your blouse, your hair, your throat, your ear,
Oh, no dream could be so fair!
Oh Love! I have you, oh, you’re good,
Good to hold and good for me,
And no, I will not let you go,

Oh no, I won’t! Not ever, dear.
You’re mine, all mine, forever!
