As loving the good is right.
The death of the evil, its evil-hood,
Is clearly a welcome sight.

The best of the brave and the rational true,
Are men who have love in sight,
But when the dark evil is sneaking through
They blast it with all their might!

They blast, and they damn, they deliver it death,
The enemy—evil beast,
Dissecting its lungs from its last bad breath,
And proud that it’s now deceased.

The hatred of evil is positive good,
It stands up a guardian pure.
It fights against evil—its evil-hood,
While true men’s loves endure!
