Coffee Mate

O Lady, my Lady, my Lady fair,
O Loveliest loveliest anywhere,
Oh, what are you doing tonight for a date,
For coffee drinking, and no coffee mate!

I’ll silently, secretly, come to your door;
We’ll glide to the kitchen, where coffee you’ll pour.
We’ll sip it down slowly and have a good time,
And then I will read you a love-loving rhyme.

Then after, I’ll kiss you, and you will kiss me,
With smooth after-taste of that purest coff-ee;
And we will laugh softly that nobody hear,
And you will surrender your self to your dear.

O Lady, my Lady, my Lady so fair,
O Loveliest loveliest anywhere,
Oh, what are you doing tonight for a date,
For coffee drinking, and no coffee mate!
