No Guarantee? So What.

Who always has some sorry thing to say
When other men see sunlight of new day,
Who always speaks in pessimistic tone
When others fight for rights which they do own,
Who always thinks of things that might go wrong
While some, though few, keep marching right along,
He aids not self, he adds no helping voice,
But falls defeated by his own failed choice.
Yes, all things may go wrong, nothing right,
And guarantees are nowhere found in sight.
The difficult is never got with ease,
But chance is naught if you are on your knees!
Then sing the best, and praise with all your soul
The positives still left in men’s control,
And if some doom comes in to doom your course
Then fight triumphant with your righteous force!
