Haiku Worry Chain

You’re safe, my dear? Are you safe?
I worry too much.
Oh, summer heat, be you gone!

I don’t hear from you; I’m sad.
I can do nothing.
I long to help you.

Oh, sky, make sure she’s alright!
I worry too much.
Oh sparrows, cheep, keep her safe!
