Old Monsoon

Whoosh! Comes the wind!
Da-da da-da Da! Comes the rain!
Old Monsoon is swooning
For Malaysia again!

She throws up her arms,
She wails for a while;
Yet keeps all her charms
Hid deep from his guile.

Whoosh! He blows harder!
Da-da da-da Da! Hurls big drops!
They wrestle together—
He suddenly flops!

Whoo, goes the wind;
Drip, drop, drip, goes the rain.
Old Monsoon is worn,
But will come back again!
