No Doubt!

Two shots—bang, bang!
The bad guys fall,
And now the hero
Climbs the wall.

He looks about,
And one more sees—
Around the rock,
Behind the trees.

Then down he jumps
And rolls on ground;
Fires just once,
With “Bang!” so sound.

Then up all leap
And run away!
The boys continue on
Their play!

I hear their whoops,
Their “Got me!” cries;
I see the arrow
Where it flies.

Its rubber tip
Has struck a tire;
With water gun
I quench the fire.

The hero, then,
Starts shouting, “Yay!
Old Grandpa,
He knows how to play!”

Then Grandma
Brings some cookies out
And all we boys
Know joy, no doubt!
