Justice

Justice, what is this?
Men forget your name.
Ignorance is bliss?
Total shame.

Progress can’t progress.
Life can’t long abide;
Backwards men now press,
Run and hide.

Honesty, your mate,
Many wash, like mud.
“Clean”, they wait for Fate’s
Reign of blood.

Justice, storms, I know,
Never pity wed.
Safe from truths that blow
Lie the dead.
