All The Mystery

If all the world rang just one tone
And I could hear but that alone,
I’d make it be one note of you
To echo in me through and through.
And if the earth had just one height
On one great mountain shining bright,
I’d climb and climb, till I should be
As close to you as you to me.
But if wide space held just one star,
I’d stay right here, nor travel far,
For one adventure has less bliss
Than all the mystery in your kiss.
