Twin Towers

Twin Towers, still remembered,
From rising joy not severed,
But held, and held forever,
In winging thoughts of me.

In dreams, my sun-heart beacon;
I wake, and stars I’m seeking;
In me your strength commanding,
“Stand, and keep on standing!”

Twin Towers, soaring, flowing,
Always upward, upward going,
Shining swords of man defiant—
The Businessman, self-reliant.
