Spring, with Soft Feet

Spring, with soft feet, walked the ground;
Grasses slid up without sound.

Spring leaped light into the trees;
Buds popped out with gentlest ease.

Spring in sparrow tweets and hops,
And flutters wings that never stop.

Now in my eyes and in your face
Spring has found its highest place.

Spring in lips dreams long long bliss,
Speaks longer still in April kiss.

April kiss, without a sound,
Raises heels up from the ground!
